The whole experience with Buckley Brown was brilliant. Everything was explained thoroughly and was a quick process from start to finish.

I sold my house through Buckley Brown. They were reasonably priced and got things moving quickly. Sharn was very helpful and kept me up to date throughout the process.

I’d like to leave a special thank you to Debbie Straw for her outstanding support throughout my sale and purchase.
This was a long, stressful process with delays and complications outside my control, but Debbie was consistently proactive, responsive, and incredibly supportive. She kept me informed, chased where needed, and genuinely cared about helping move things forward, which made a huge difference during a very challenging time.
Her communication was clear, honest, and reassuring, and she went above and beyond to keep all parties aligned. I honestly don’t think the process would have progressed as smoothly as it did without her involvement.
Thank you, Debbie — your professionalism and dedication are truly appreciated.

Bought and sold through Buckley Brown. They were clear and transparent and always pushing the solicitors for completion. Couldn't recommend them enough

Buckley Brown were very supportive and helpful from beginning to the end of my experience with them. Debbie Straw was supportive throughout my whole processes after the sale of my house. Even when problems arose she would help me through them. If it wasn't for her I would have giv3n up and stayed where I was instead of starting my new life in Scotland. I would highly recommend Debbie to anyone.

This was my first property I have bought, so I have nothing to compare it too. But I know people have horror stories about buying a house and it can be a long drawn out process. From the day I viewed the property to the day I get my keys (tomorrow) it’ll be less than 4 months.
Debbie has been amazing!! Having weekly updates, let me know what have or hasn’t changed over the week and explaining the process and updates so I can actually understand it. Even helped sort something that was taking the solicitors ages to sort. Debbie sorted it within 48hours! She’s been amazing and couldn’t recommend her enough!

We had Buckley Brown as our Estate Agents to sell our old house and buy our new. There were delays with the seller's solicitors and it was Deb Straw's tenacity at Buckley Brown, that meant we were able to move in before Christmas. I would recommend.
